Description Join us for a special Crochet Poppy Workshop, where we’ll create beautiful crochet poppy brooches to honour and remember those who served. All materials will be provided (pattern, yarn, brooch back) and afternoon tea. By the end of the session, you’ll have your own handmade poppy brooch to wear proudly on ANZAC Day. When: Saturday, 11th April 1.00pm – 3.30pm. Where: Crochet Australia – 1563 Yandina-Coolum Rd, Yandina You will need to bring a 3.5mm crochet hook (or smaller if you are a loose crocheter). Hooks will also be available to use . Suitable for kids and adults alike. Beginner friendly (you don’t need to have crocheted before) – Lynda will guide you through the process. Terms & Conditions Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the class will be eligible for a refund or a store credit. Cancellations made after this or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. A bit about your teacher: Lynda learnt to crochet when she was about 8 years old. She has owned Crochet Australia for over 10 years where she has been regularly leading crochet classes and clinics. Lynda has completed her Crochet Teaching Certificate with the Craft Yarn Council of America and teaches at the Crochet Teaching Course now run by the Crochet Guild of Australia.
