Description Crochet the light-weight Calin Shirt designed by Bianca Mueller – that can be worn on its own in summer or as a layer in winter. The top is worked in one piece from the top down – no sewing – and is convenient to try on as you go. It is designed for a loose fit and can be made with or without a hood. This class is conducted via zoom on Monday 13th April 7pm – 9pm (Brisbane time). During the class Lynda will provide an overview of the construction and sizing and give some additional design ideas to consider. We will then begin construction together with guidance from Lynda for points to consider during the construction to allow you to finish the top at home. This class is designed for those familiar with basic crochet stitches—chain stitch, double crochet, and treble crochet. Materials: This top is made with a soft 4 ply yarn. The colour changing top was made with a yarn cake. A bit about your teacher: Lynda learnt to crochet when she was about 8 years old. She has owned Crochet Australia for over 10 years where she has been regularly leading crochet classes and clinics. Lynda has completed her Crochet Teaching Certificate with the Craft Yarn Council of America and teaches at the Crochet Teaching Course now run by the Crochet Guild of Australia.
