Ultra Moisture Seal 1K P500 is best suited to: – Concrete floors – Cement screeds – Fibre cement sheet – Cementitious subfloors – Absorbent and non-absorbent substrates – Moisture vapor barrier under timber, vinyl, and resilient floor coverings – Anti-dust treatment for porous and brittle subfloors – Green concrete slabs up to 95% RH Suitable for use as a moisture barrier on concrete substrates with residual moisture up to max. 95% RH. Not suitable for substrates with wet surface or in presence of rising damp. Application of subsequent coatings, adhesives, or primers can proceed after the barrier has cured and dried.
